It's all looking very dry. We've had some rain after this trip, but not enough. |
This horse in Cumnock is my favourite |
There are many others of course. Too many to stop at them all. We only went to Yeoval this day, but one time soon I'll drive the rest of it too.
Saturday Snapshot is a wonderful weekly meme now hosted by WestMetroMommy

Wonderful! I love all the crazy things on Australian road-sides, especially the Big / Giant / World's Largest / etc.
I LOVE when people do creative things like these sculptures. Some of them are so funny. Love the idea that they are sort of "recycling" things. Have a great weekend!
Another reminder that Australia is soooo like Texas.
So much fun!
I said to my son last time I drove to Adelaide that one time I was going to take a couple of days so I could stop at all the little towns and take photos of the kitschy stuff that is always around like the town signs etc.
Always fun to see your photos of your community. It is snowing here today, again. Not much fun to take pictures. Have a great weekend or what's left of it!
How interesting~ It makes me want to road trip!
very cool
What a fun exhibit! You're certainly right about looking at our own city with a set of 'visitors eyes.'

What fun! I love the fact that artists have taken found objects and repurposed them into sculptures for all to enjoy. We have some metal sculptures around our area, and you've inspired me to venture out and take photos of them.
Those are delightful! Amazing sometimes what is in your own backyard. I love the roadside and public art displays and often have to remind myself it's not only for tourists.
Wow those are great. My favourite is the pink elephant.
I'm with you! Love the horse ... but Hot Rod Henny is pretty darn cool too!
I like all of these. The too is my favorite.

These are amazing Louise. I love rustic, recycled art.
I haven't heard about this particular exhibition trail (although I don't have cause to go to Dubbo very often these days).
Glad you could highlight it for us :-)
