Gerald Mulot is my favourite patisserier. I always stay in the 6th and the night or morning I leave I bring home a dozen croissants and some lemon and chocolate tarts. There is nothing better than being on a long flight and pulling out a freshly baked tart. I'm going to say, and this may be scandalous, that I have decided to skip macarons because although they are good, they don't hold a candle to chocolate or pastries. A girl's gotta set some limits. I can't wait to see photos and hear about your trip. Wish I was planning a trip.
